What date should guests arrive in the Czech Republic?
We would appreciate if our guests arrived no later than Wednesday, the 8th of October. This is to ensure you have ample time to adjust to the time zone difference and if there are delays with flights or other mishaps with travel plans you have a few days window to sort things out. The bridal party will be informed separately on preferred arrival time, please check group messages for more information.
When will the guests of honor arrive by?
Reece and Veronika will be arriving in Prague 2 weeks before the wedding. They will be finalizing a few things for their big day, but if you find yourself in Prague a bit early, please do reach out and say hi! They will be in Zbiroh a few days before Saturday, the 11th.

What time should I arrive by?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.
Is there a dress code?
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suites. We are asking everyone to dress in the color black. Click the "Attire" tab for outfit inspo!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Are kids allowed?
We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to make this an adults-only event, with the exception of our flower girls, Sofia and Kiara. Please enjoy your kid free evening.
When should I RSVP?
Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by June 11th 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
What if I didn't RSVP in time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for the vendors! Please do this before June 11 when RSVP are due.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There is a parking lot available that can fit up to 150 cars including buses.
Where should I stay?
First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue or in Prague that you may book with for the night or if you arrive in Prague early. This will be located under the travel and accommodation tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book!
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We have hired an amazing photographer named Emma, and an incredible videographer named Stanislav; they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished.

What are the requirements to enter Czech Republic?
You will need sufficient proof of funds and a return plane ticket. The Czech Republic is a party to the Schengen Agreement. This means that U.S. citizens, New Zealand citizens, and Australian citizens may enter the Czech Republic for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa!
What is the recommended amount of travel money needed to be saved?
Czech Republic has not adopted the Euro, and for that reason uses their own currency called the Koruna. A one week trip to the Czech Republic usually costs around $778 (Kč18,103) for one person and $1,556 (Kč36,206) for two people. This includes accommodation, food, local transportation, and sightseeing. This may vary depending on if you're using USD, AUD, or NZD.

Is Czech Republic safe?
The Czech Republic and thus Prague is generally considered as a safe place for tourists. In the ranking of the Global Peace Index in 2023, the Czech Republic was ranked 12th, which confirms its security compared to other countries. Violent crime is low. However, petty crime, such as pickpocketing and purse snatching, is common. It is important to remain vigilant, especially if you are in high tourist areas!
Do they speak English in Prague and other areas of Czech Republic?
English is not widely spoken in the Czech Republic. In large cities, such as Prague, and in tourist areas, the locals will speak English. However, if you venture to the smaller towns of Czech Republic, it is unlikely you will encounter anyone who speaks English.
What kind of adapter is needed for Czech Republic?
Czech Republic uses the same plugs that are used all over the EU mainland (except for some in Switzerland and Italy). For Czech Republic there are two associated plug types, types C and E. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type E is the plug which has two round pins and a hole for the socket's male earthing pin. Please see the example below.
